Reader, There's a reason I never taught low-ticket offers until recently. The way the online world teaches them leaves you chasing payments, managing disengaged clients, and delivering content to people who don’t take action. Which means they don't upgrade into higher ticket programs, and ultimately your "ad liquidator" ends up detering people from investing in your brand long term. Sound familiar? That’s because most low-ticket offers are built on hope, not strategy. They are built wrong FUNDAMENTALLY. They are overly automated and ineffective, so do the opposite of building trust. Today, we fix that. Here are the 5 components of a low ticket offer that is a TRUE Trust Builder vs. one that just turns people off completely! 1. Your Trust Building Offer should be created for your BEST buyer! The big mistake people make here is that they craft low ticket offers for people who can't afford, or don't need their mid and high ticket offers. They treat their low-ticket offer as either an ad liquidator (that's "passive") or a downsell. The problem? Downsells are HARD when people are excited about an offer but can't afford it. A true Trust Building Offer gets a real result people want and are excited about! It's not some throw-away that's automated, or a downsell from a Ferrari to an Accord. It doesn't speak to a totally different person, it speaks to the exact same person you would want in your high ticket offers! 2. It solves a UNIQUE problem and gets a result (ideally in 30 days or less) Most low-ticket offers are too broad or generic. Memberships with portals full of outdated materials. "Discovery" calls. $7 guides with content that isn't even as good as a basic ChatGPT answer. REAL trust builders solve a SPECIFIC problem, and get a win quickly. If you paid a copywriter (or even a VA) to write these, you would pay several hundred to over $1000 for these types of templates. 3. Delivery creates connection THE BIGGEST mistake people make with their low-ticket offers that does more damage than good is automating their offer. Low-value, self-paced courses and PDFs, where there is no involvement between the buyer and the people behind the brand. In most cases, buyers never use the information. No trust is built. No connection established. A real trust builder starts, nurtures, and continues a relationship with new leads, current clients, and alumni. This right here is where the magic happens in the upsell process, which inherently increases the lifetime value of every buyer while strengthening your brand power. 4. A no-brainer price. I mentioned this earlier, but the value should FAR outweigh the price. You want the price to be an absolute NO BRAINER, like an impulse buy. Think grocery store checkout line. For most offers, this will be a first payment of less than $100 or a total payment amount of less than $1000. So membership? Under $100/month. Intensive? Under $1000 Done for you project? Somewhere between $500-$1000 Specific type of call? $500-$1000 Whatever you sell should feel like a STEAL compared to what they get! 5. Built in checkpoints with a strategic upsell process Again, unlike traditional low-ticket offers, Trust Building Offers have built-in touchpoints for connection, Dream 1000 segmentation, and upsells. This is a bit more than I can include in one email, but if you've been part of our ecosystem for a while, you're familiar with our program called The Dream 1000. It's delivering an incredible result, getting a return for the buyer, building trust, and making a recommendation for what's next. You can do this by having touchpoint calls with new members or check-ins via DM (preferably with some voice memos so you can have conversations). If the Trust Building Offer itself is a call, VIP day, or intensive, maybe the touch point is a follow-up call 30 days later to see how they implemented! The point? You or your team are staying in touch with all buyers for the purpose of achieving client results and upselling when the time is right.
