There's something I want to walk you through today that I don't think gets talked about enough. What actually happens when you implement a simple sales strategy DAILY... aka, the compound effect. Because the compounding effect is where the magic happens. And understanding how the daily actions you take are building on one another to make your sales more consistent is CRITICAL. So, today we are diving into the stages of implementing OUR sales system (that can be done one ANY platform, on or offline, by ANYONE on your team)... that Miracle Hour. Because people get stuck sometimes and quit RIGHT BEFORE they start seeing incredible momentum. Phase 1: The rep-building phase (aka the rough phase) You're posting your content. You're engaging your Dream 1000. You're doing your inbox sweeps. You're making offers and it feels a little uncomfortable because you are getting lots of thumbs up, hearted messages, and silence. Nothing feels natural because it's not natural yet. It's a skill you're building. And it is just rough some days. The people who quit here think something is wrong with the system. Or wrong with them. It's neither. It's just week one... and you aren't as organized as you could be, you aren't as skilled-up as you could be and things are RUSTY at best. THIS is where it's CRITICAL you double down and push through the awkward. The system only works when it's executed in full and over time. That's not a disclaimer, that's human nature, buyer psychology... and basically the principle behind every successful business growth strategy on the planet. Phase 2: The conversations show up (the exciting stage) By week two, you've been consistently engaging your Dream 1000, commenting, replying to stories, showing up like a real human...and people are starting to notice you! The inbox isn't just welcome messages anymore. It's actual back-and-forth with people you've been nurturing. Some are asking questions and responding to yours. Your getting some comments on your content. Your pipeline is starting to warm up. This is also usually the phase where the offer step finally clicks... and you start to get some yeses! Because there's a mindset shift that happens: you stop thinking of offers as pitches and start thinking of them as invitations. Inviting someone to a call. Offering the trust builder to someone who's been circling your content for two weeks. No pressure. No convincing. Just: here's the next step if you're ready... it feels more natural in this stage. Helpful even. This phase is where we start getting the aha's from clients. Phase 3: Sales start closing (the ca-ching $$$ phase) Obvously this is everyone's favorite part. It's when the money starts hitting the accounts. This is where the trust that's been quietly compounding in the background starts converting. Y our Dream 1000 engagement is paying off, your yeses are actually checking out. Your content has been doing trust-building work so that when you make an offer, it doesn't land in a vacuum; they already know who you are and what you are about! You're probably not at sales every day, but you are seeing them come in - much more consistently than before. And you are MUCH more confident in your organization, daily activities, and the process in general. There is a DANGER right here... Some people see the results and instead of letting them push them continue, they slow down. They STOP doing the things that drive results. They get bored and distracted (because it's not sexy to stay consistent)... and their results slow down. DON'T be this person. This is where you KICK THINGS UP a notch. Double down. Make your Miracle Hour a Miracle DAY every so often... Keep going! Phase 4: You stop questioning it and start telling EVERYONE you know about it! Something shifts in phase four that I really want you to hear. You're not doing this on faith alone anymore. You've seen it work and have your OWN results to fall back on. The pipeline is fuller than it was a month ago. Conversations are warmer. Sales are happening with less friction because trust has been stacking the entire time, and you are seeing sales come in more days than NOT. You're not starting from zero at the beginning of the month, and the best part, you have confidence that if you need cash, you know exactly how to get it! That's where the magic is!
