The middle is dead... what you need to know about OFFERS!

Today's newsletter is about something I've been watching play out across our clients, our portfolio companies, and my 1:1 coaching calls for months now...

The offers that ARE selling right now are a very specific type, or should I say NOT a specific type.

The thing is...

Even with the BEST marketing and a SUPER dialed-in sales system (like the Miracle Hour)... you can't make consistent progress without understanding the right type of offer!

We are making sales daily, and so are our clients. But they are in two very distinct categories, so that's what we are diving into today.

What we are seeing across the board...

Low ticket trust-builders. These are on fire. Books, $27 audio trainings, $47 planners, $97 VIP upgrades, $47 micro-courses. Even one-time intensives for $197 and $297. Anything that delivers a meaningful result fast at a price point that doesn't require a second opinion. We sell HUNDREDS of VIP upgrades to our free workshops (they are INSANELY worth it). We have clients making sales every day into $88 memberships, $27 audio courses, and selling hundreds of books. Offers that are SPECIFIC, niche, and clear in their outcome and are a no-brainer price are crushing it. In launches, in DMs, in funnels... literally everywhere. If your offer is under $100, and has proof that it will solve a specific problem better than anything else out there, it will sell, sell, sell.

High-ticket premium offers ($40k+), to a very specific audience. Not mid-priced programs pretending to be premium. Actual premium offers like $20k to six-figure containers for founders, experienced operators, and advanced professionals who are looking for more curated groups or done-for-you services. These are still closing, but they are buying based on referral, being in person at events, or through a long-term relationship built over time. These aren't closing like they used to from call funnels or launches, although you can still make sales in this range that way. However, you will need a lengthy follow-up process (like the Miracle Hour) to get people across the line.

What's NOT selling...

Most things in the middle.

The $3k-$10k group coaching programs have been ROUGH lately. The $5k four-month accelerator... brutal!

We do have some clients making sales consistently for offers in the $3k-$5k range (we have a program in this range that does sell), but they are usually on the back end of lower ticket or certification style offers.

People are extremely wary of group programs and don't want long-term commitments like they used to...

This CAN be done, but it needs to be an extremely precise offer with a very specific niche outcome, short time frame, and extensive sales process. Think launch (full 9-day), sales follow-up, invites from lower ticket....the whole thing.

It's not impossible, but it IS swimming upstream... with a boulder on your back!

Why is this happening

Buyers don't trust like they used to, they aren't buying just to be in the room, and they want outcomes and an end in site for mid-ticket programs.

They've been burned way too much. They've been sold $5k "programs" that turned out to be a Facebook group and a Notion doc with no real support, no human to connect with, and no real path to results. They're cautious about anything that sits between a no-brainer, impulse buy, and an extremely high-touch, high-ticket investment.

AI is only making matters MUCH worse.

When everyone's content looks the same, and you are out here talking to bots and AI twins...everything starts to sound the same. All programs. All offers. It's like white noise but with the most negative connotation we've ever seen.

→ Low-ticket gets trusted because the risk is low.

→ High-ticket gets trusted because the access is real, and you are usually talking to buyers with the means to invest and a desire to SAVE time.

→ The middle gets skipped because it feels like a massive gamble with more money on the line, and no real promise of an outcome.

I have seen mid-tier certifications, in-person retreats, and hybrid done with you/done for you offers do well, but they are usually to a very niche audience and have a large volume of dialed-in results!

The businesses thriving right now are selling one or BOTH low-ticket (we call them Trust Builders) and high-ticket offers.

They are running low-ticket memberships and using The Miracle Hour to land licensing deals.
They are running low-ticket products from funnels while using The Miracle Hour to land sponsors.

They are using The Miracle Hour to sell low-ticket workshops in the DMs and then using Miracle Hour to upsell those low-ticket buyers.

They are running launches and masterclasses and selling into their Trust Building Offer, then using The Miracle Hour to upsell into high ticket offers.

We have clients like Maria and Julie who have literally generated over 7-figures using The Miracle Hour and some spreadsheets!

Your offers matter, but when you have a great offer, the Miracle Hour is THE KEY to making sales consistently.

We want you to do more than just understand it in theory.

We want you to GET IT SET UP in your business so you can execute on it every single day.

There is way too much hype out there...

"Passive income", "Make money with this ONE AI hack", remove yourself from your business COMPLETELY.

It's all setting people up to be INCREDIBLY disappointed.
